RENTAL POLICIESPets: no pets - sorry! Quiet time: We live in a very quiet area. No loud noise after dark in consideration of our neighbors. The Suite is not available for parties Payment: Rental payments are made in advance. Deposits: All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final Payment: Final payment is due five (5) business days prior to arrival. An additional security deposit may be required depending on duration and nature of stay. Company and/or Personal Checks accepted. Credit cards accepted via PayPal, subject to 3% PayPal service fee. |
CANCELLATION & REFUNDSWritten notification is required for cancellation. If written notification received more than 3 days prior to the arrival date, all payments received, less a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 3 days of arrival, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. If the property is not re-rented, no monies will be refunded. If the property is re-rented, all payments, less a $150 cancellation fee, will be refunded for the period of time the property is re-rented. No monies refunded in the event of an early departure. No-shows will be charged the entire amount of their reservation. Cancellation policy is strictly enforced. No exceptions |
